Machining
In-house facilities include both manual and CNC machining services. With the machinery we use it allows the A & A Engineering Solutions to offer all services including milling and turning. This, in addition to our traditional machining capability allows us to accept one off orders, through to production runs.
With the 4-axis CNC machines and our fully experienced staff we can work to exceptional levels of high accuracy using various materials including stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel, brass, copper, plastics, and composites
Reverse Engineering
With the addition of the Renishaw Probing System combined with the VISI CAD System we can offer a reverse engineering facility for the replacement of parts for obsolete machines.
3D Printing and CAD Design
3D Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) Printing Service available for Rapid Prototyping or Functional Plastic Components.

- Dual Material Printing available for components requiring different colours / materials.
- Water Dissolvable PVA support material option for complex internal and external geometries.
